Many people are concerned about the cost of retaining an experienced attorney to work on their case. The impression is that hiring a qualified and experienced attorney is expensive. The cost of defending you will depend on a variety of factors, including the number and type of charges, complexity of the case, client expectations and the amount of work that will need to performed. Since this is difficult to know without sitting down and learning more about you and your case, costs are discussed during our initial free consultation. In many instances, fees are quoted on a flat-fee basis, to handle the case from beginning to end.  In every case, fees are discussed thoroughly and put in writing.

If investigators or experts are necessary, this will also be discussed. No one will be hired to work on your case without your advance approval.
